VANCOUVER, British Columbia, [August 7, 2019] — PUG Interactive Inc. is excited to announce that the Government of Canada has selected it as one of the high-potential technologies companies chosen to participate in the 2019 Canadian Technology Accelerator (CTA) in Silicon Valley.

Participating CTA companies are given focused assistance to take advantage of what the local market has to offer, including mentorship and advice from industry leaders in the foreign market, office space in technology centres shared with other entrepreneurs and innovators, access to potential investors, and connections and networking in the technology business community. Started in 2009, the initiative is currently operating in six cities, including Silicon Valley and the San Francisco area.

The selection criteria requires that the chosen companies demonstrate a strong potential for growth, a product with a clear competitive advantage, and a clear strategy for the target market. Recipients are determined through an exhaustive analysis, followed by shortlisting and selection based entirely on merit, each of which is then carefully scrutinised to decide on the final list of selected companies.
