Pug Pharm Productions Inc., a technology leader in customer gamification, retention, and activation, today announced that it has been selected into the Trade Commissioner Service of Canada’s Canadian Technology Accelerator program.
“As a participant in the CTA@SF program, Pug Pharm will have access to potential customers, partners and investors, as well as networking events and mentors connected to the Consulate’s Trade Commissioner Service,” said Steve Bocska, CEO of Pug Pharm.
The new CTA@SF is located at RocketSpace in downtown San Francisco – a shared workspace for digital media companies that will give select Canadian companies a high tech boost in the growing cluster in San Francisco’s SOMA District. This district is in close proximity to hundreds of digital media companies including Twitter, Zynga, CBS Interactive, CNET, Yelp, Salesforce.com, TechCrunch, Autodesk, MTV Networks, StubHub, Yammer and many others.
CTA@SF is made possible through the generous support of the Province of British Columbia and NRC, in conjunction with the Trade Commissioner Service. It provides a one-of-a-kind opportunity for up to eight early-stage Canadian technology companies at a time to spend 12 weeks working out of downtown San Francisco. This is Canada’s second Bay Area Canadian Technology Accelerator program and is modeled after the highly successful CTA@Plug-and-Play in Sunnyvale, CA.
