Enterprise Reporting Services 2.0 for Picnic™ applications gives greater visibility into aggregate Net Engagement data, as well as data on customer, and supports the analysis of actions and behavior patterns, as well as behavioral insights gathered from Picnic’s Advance Questing and Interactive Challenges modules.
Picnic Enterprise Reporting Services also include a set of APIs that support real-time integration of data and reports into back-office systems.
